Easy Peasy Banana Bread

This is the easiest Banana Bread to make.

Just don’t be like me and dump it out the pain before it cools. Broken  Banana Bread

Easy Peasy Banana Bread

3 -4 large ripe bananas
2 cups self-rising flour
2-3 tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light olive oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 of golden raisins

and if desired 1 cup of chocolate chips

 

Instructions:
Dump bananas, eggs , sugar and extract in a bowl, Mix together until  soupy. Add flour and Cinnamon. Mix together then add raisins, walnuts and if desire chocolate chips, Gently combine then  Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool in pan on wire rack.   This makes one scrumptious loaf
